Christine’s dedication was evident in every step of the process. She not only tracked down the location of the exact car I was looking for from another lot, but also took the initiative to retrieve it herself! Christine also knew a second keyfob was important to us, so she made sure to either track that down as well, or set us up for new replacement at no charge! Upon waiting for delivery/pickup, she also let us know they decided to replace all the brakes as well, which was a great surprise. We can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from Nuno, Richard, and Rob at Tasca Mazda Seekonk. From the start, the team went above and beyond to provide a truly personalized experience. We purchased a new vehicle from them in September 2024, and they found the exact model, trim, and options we wanted, making sure the entire process was seamless. Nuno even personally drove to another dealership 2 hours away to pick up the vehicle and ensured it was in perfect condition for delivery—he really went the extra mile. They also had the registration team come in on their day off just so we wouldn’t need to make another trip.
